40 hour famine!

starts T-O-D-A-Y! from 8pm till sunday 12pm. i'm fasting all forms of electronic communication..yeap- no phone, no radio, no tv, no computer, no internet = ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh! it prolly doesnt seem hard to some..but yea it is MAJOR to me. plus, then i get to see how hard it is for the kids in Laos to not have these priviledges at all.

anyways, $40 feeds 8 kids for a month! so, dig deep into your heart...and wallet.. and give generously to those who are doing the famine! your contributions are never too little cos every bit counts for something!

this is Kaisong. Her mum's blind and she has an older sister and a younger brother. She and her sister has to look for food to feed their family. they live in a small hut as big as a queen size bed. Both girls have eye infections and are afraid they'll end up blind like their mother.
